Great after sales customer services.
I had been slightly nervous having had a past bad experience with a used car dealership who sold us a defective car and would not honour warranties but this team were excellent. The car was immaculate on delivery and the "˜can do' team solved a problem with the brakes immediately with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Straight forward car buying experience
Thank you to Charles at Auto Sussex premier used car company. Buying a car from him was for once a straight forward experience. No game playing or pushiness. As a women buying a car I have frequently felt ignored or side lined but Charles didn't do this. He spoke with me as he realised I was the buyer and not my son in law who was there to support me. Charles gave me time to look the car over, ask questions and take it for a test drive without the full on usual salesman pitch which was refreshing. It was a fair part exchange price offered. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this company. This is the second time my family have gone to this garage and come away with a lovely car so that says something.

I bought an Audi A3 S-line from Charles. I only saw the car through pictures online & by reading the description. I had been after a white one for a couple of months, but had not seen one this clean & without the wheels being curbed. Charles was very helpful, as the garage was a couple of hours away i had it delivered to my door at a day of my choosing. It arrived early that morning, clean inside & out, full years MOT, recent service & he had done a few bits i had asked to get sorted. I would buy from this garage again

An Excellent Service
I found a 4x4 car with Auto Sussex that filled my expectations. Having a current serious back injury, I could not attend and view the car from North Yorkshire (about 320miles) and so arranged a trained BMW mechanic relative who lived nearby to do so on my behalf. All was well and so I arranged completion of the deal. Due to my personal situation and needing a very long distance delivery to be provided, then, following administrative completion, this was then executed with great speed and efficiency. I am looking forward to driving my new car but am very happy with the vehicle and the company managing this for me. Very happy with the service, very friendly, let's you take your time, absolutely no pressure. Handed me the keys to have a look at the car at my leisure and take it for a drive Car was very well presented and a good spec. Before taking ownership it was sent for an MOT and service for no extra cost. On delivery I was told they even did the cambelt and water pump and these were due. Car delivered to me less than a week later. Extremely happy cannot complain. Even took the time to show us a high end car and talk cars with us for the fun of it, as we had a look round the other stock out of curiosity.

The team is brilliant the communicate with. I must have sent 30 emails in total and his response was quick and specific. I asked to have an AA examination and at no point did the dealership seem uneasy or pushy about. There were 2 problems highlighted, both which were resolved by the dealer within 2 days before the purchase. I dont typically do a review unless its deserving of it. And I commend the team for a job well done.
