    Firstly I have been looking for a replacement car on-line for many months and since I wanted a fairly new car, I did not want to run the gauntlet of buying privately. I have been put off viewing many other cars that I was interested in because of bad reviews of the various dealers, but I found a car I liked from Auto Sussex via Autotrader and their reviews were all very positive so took the plunge. I have to say the whole experience was unlike any I have ever had when buying a car, no patronizing sales patter, no high pressure tactics, no trying to up-sell things like finance, fancy paint protection, gap insurance etc. Also there was none of the usual "I'll have to check with my manager" when it came to assessing my trade-in. All-in-all a very pleasant, pain-free experience that made me wonder why more dealers don't make the same effort. Really happy with the car and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    I was so impressed with the service level from Auto Sussex, I sent an email to the owner congratulating him and his team. When you arrive, you will find no pushy sales team focused on making money at your expense. Instead, exceptionally passionate and knowledgeable staff who will allow you as much time as you need to make a decision. I was given they keys, to the car I had come to view and told, come back in 30 min. Off I went, enjoyed the car. All my questions were answered and I collected a superbly valeted car a week later. How buying a car should be, stress free!

    This is quite a modest business, but no less efficient for it. It doesn't shout from the rooftops, but at the same time, it just gets on and does business which we can all appreciate. It has the right contacts, so gets decent cars, sometimes from dealers but at a good price. And in the case of my Audi, they didn't try and burden me with lots of extras which a main dealer would do. I'm pretty happy with the car and the price. Service wasn't massive, but it didn't need to be. It was just the right level for me.
